XD Ada Licenses

Below are the ways you can purchase/transfer our licenses:

1.	A license provision which is activated on a yearly basis upon an agreement of a Support and Maintenance contract to cover a forthcoming period. The purchase of this license provision will require an initial commitment of a two year fixed rate Support and Maintenance contract.  The license will only be active as long as support and maintenance is continued.
2.	A license provision for a CHARON-VAX or CHARON-AXP emulator environment which is activated on a yearly basis upon an agreement of a Support and Maintenance contract to cover a forthcoming period. The purchase of this license provision will require an initial commitment of a two year fixed rate Support and Maintenance contract.  The license will only be active as long as support and maintenance is continued. Support for the CHARON emulators is supplied by SRI.

Transferring your existing license:click here for a quotation

1.	Transfer your existing Vax or Alpha (AXP) license to XD Ada M68000 Family for OpenVMS Version 4.0 on Alpha or Integrity Servers at an administration fee for the remaining term of your original license with tied support and maintenance. The license will only be active as long as support and maintenance is continually purchased but will require an initial commitment of two years at a fixed rate. For licenses whose support and maintenance have lapsed, backdated support will have to be paid before transferring the license.
2.	Transfer your existing VAX or Alpha license to a CHARON-VAX or CHARON-AXP emulator environment at an administration fee for the remaining term of your original license with tied support and maintenance. The license will only be active as long as support and maintenance is continually purchased but will require an initial commitment of two years at a fixed rate.
